The BLUE apartment has four beds, a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a kitchenette, a bathroom and a large terrace with panoramic views and a private boat mooring below the house, just few minutes from the sea.

Guests also have a communal garden with oven and barbecue.
There is an internal parking suitable for medium-sized cars, whose availability must be confirmed at the time of booking. Two other free public parking areas are located outside the property a few meters from the entrance.

Pets are welcome, upon request and evaluation.

Final cleaning €50 (plus €10 if dogs are present).
Bed, bath, and kitchen linens: €4 per person per stay (if guests bring their own linens, € zero).

Boat mooring fee:
Up to 5 meters €25/day
From 5 meters to 6.50 meters: €30/day
From 6.50 meters to 7.50 meters: €35/day
Above 7.50 meters: price and mooring option to be agreed upon.

Tourist tax: €1 per day per adult.
