The WHITE apartment has nine beds (two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and four sofa beds in the living room), a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large panoramic terrace with a porch, an outdoor dining area and a private mooring below the house, just a few minutes from the sea.
Guests also have a communal garden with oven and barbecue.
Private internal parking and external parking a few meters from the entrance in two free public parking areas.
Pets are welcome, upon request.
Final cleaning €80 (plus €10 if dogs are present).
Bed, bath, and kitchen linens: €4 per person per stay (if guests bring their own linens, € zero).
Boat mooring fee:
Up to 5 meters €25/day
From 5 meters to 6.50 meters: €30/day
From 6.50 meters to 7.50 meters: €35/day
Above 7.50 meters: price and mooring option to be agreed upon.Tourist tax of 1 euro per day per adult.
Local tax 1 euro per day per adult.
