The GREEN apartment is equipped with a dock for a private boat, a kitchenette, a living area and a terrace overlooking the river.
The Verde apartment is the attic of the house with a very spacious and fully equipped terrace overlooking the river Magra and the Apuan Alps with Carrara marble quarries.
In the living room there is a dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette.
Guests also have a communal garden with oven and barbecue.
There is an internal parking suitable for medium-sized cars, whose availability must be confirmed at the time of booking. Two other free public parking areas are located outside the property a few meters from the entrance.
The mooring for the boat is directly below the house and you can quickly reach the beaches and coves between Bocca di Magra and Tellaro or reach Portovenere (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or continue to the magical beaches and coves of another Unesco World Heritage Site: the Cinque Terre.
Cleaning costs 50 euros per stay.
Boat mooring fee from 20 euros / day, depends on the size of the boat.
Tourist tax of 1 euro per day per adult.

Guests of Alla Foce del Magra can easily reach many tourist destinations, from the Cinque Terre to Versilia and important art cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Genoa and Parma.
For those who have the boat we offer mooring under the house and for fishing enthusiasts the choice between fishing in the river or at sea, from the boat or from land.
Val di Magra and Lunigiana are border lands between Liguria and Tuscany, crossed by the Magra river in the provinces of La Spezia and Massa-Carrara.
To the west, from the villages overlooking the sea of the Cinque Terre to Portovenere with its islands, from the Ligurian coast from Bocca di Magra to Lerici, to the villages of Montemarcello, Tellaro and San Terenzo.
From Sarzana, to the villages and castles of Lunigiana, from the Apuan Alps with the spectacular Marble Quarries of Carrara to the Val di Vara and the Garfagnana.
To the east the beaches of Versilia with Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and Viareggio. Cities of art such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence can be reached within a reasonable time.
From here and nearby you can find the different expressions of local gastronomy with its excellent products, flagship of the Made in Italy Agro-food industry.

Nice house in beautiful area.
Beautiful house with 3 apartments situated down to the river Magra.
Easy to get around in the area to beautiful beaches and villages and one hour drive to Pisa.
Wi-Fi not working in all rooms.

Una settimana rilassante in un posto eccellente con la possibilità di molte escursioni e posti incredibili molto vicino.
La terrazza, i panorami, la luce in tutte le stanze, cucina ben attrezzata, lavatrice con un buon stendino, pinzette, ferro da stiro … ecc. Eccellente la quantità di asciugamani bianchi per ciascuno e gli strofinacci da cucina. Tutto molto pulito!!
Si potrebbe migliorare il materasso del letto matrimoniale.

Un’enorme terrazza con vista sul fiume con tavolo da pranzo e sedie a sdraio. Appartamento spazioso per 5 persone.
Si possono raggiungere Pisa, Firenze, Cinque Terre, le spiagge di Forte dei Marmi e Viareggio, c’è anche una bella cittadina con una spiaggia proprio dietro il promontorio.
